It is a hands-on role with site work and opportunities to mentor junior assessors, participate in CPD, and contribute to workload planning and margin awareness within a growing consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Fire Risk Assessments for a portfolio of sites, including complex and higher-risk buildings.
• Own key client relationships and contribute to the growth and development of the FRA service.
• Act as a technical reference point for the team, supporting QA, peer reviews and CPD activities.
