IFE is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Fire Engineer to join their team in the United Kingdom. This role includes producing fire strategy reports, attending client meetings, and conducting site assessments. Candidates must have a degree in Fire Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Fire Engineer within a Fire Safety Engineering team.
Thorough understanding of ADB, BS 9999 and BS 9991.
Working knowledge of regulatory controls and ability to develop fire engineering design solutions.
Responsibilities
Produce fee proposals, fire strategy reports and relevant documentation.
Attend client meetings and conduct site surveys.
Review architectural drawings for fire strategy compliance.
Calculate evacuation times and perform evacuation modelling analysis.
Conduct fire engineering calculations, including smoke control and occupant evacuations.
