Complete Security Recruitment is partnering with an established fire engineering practice to recruit a Senior or Principal Fire Engineer to lead fire strategies, performance-based design and complex projects across the UK.

You'll collaborate with architects, developers and design teams, mentor junior engineers, manage client relationships and deliver innovative fire safety solutions on diverse developments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Fire Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Membership of the Institution of Fire Engineers, or working towards chartership.

Responsibilities

• Lead fire strategies and performance-based fire engineering solutions.
• Manage projects and client relationships across UK developments.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and design teams on complex schemes.
• Ensure deliverables meet budget, timeline and quality targets.
