Predominantly site-based supporting a team across the Midlands and Northwest of England. However, national travel will be required when needed.
You will carry out and oversee a programme of fire asset audits across a defined region—inspecting apartment and communal doors, emergency lighting, alarms, lifts, and more. You'll report clearly on findings, travel daily to multiple sites, and occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet client needs. As a senior member of the team, you'll also line-manage Fire Asset Auditors across various locations, providing HR support, mentoring, performance management, and helping to plan and prioritise tasks. National travel to support the team will also be required.
