Qualifications

Job description

Join RMG as a Senior Fire Asset Auditor and help ensure the safety and compliance of residential buildings across your region. You'll be part of a team committed to high-quality service and creating safe environments for residents and clients.

Where will I be working?

Predominantly site based supporting a team across the Midlands and Northwest of England. However National travel will be required when needed

More about your role
You will carry out and oversee a programme of fire asset audits across a defined region-inspecting apartment and communal doors, emergency lighting, alarms, lifts and more. You'll report clearly on findings, travel daily to multiple sites, and occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet client needs. As a senior member of the team, you'll also line-manage Fire Asset Auditors across various locations, providing HR support, mentoring, performance management, and helping to plan and prioritise tasks. National travel to support the team will also be required.

  • Keen eye for detail with strong experience in fire asset auditing or compliance
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required
  • Confident in managing remote teams and monitoring their performance
  • Capable of providing clear, supportive leadership
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Skilled at building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Willingness to travel is essential
