Job summary

FIS Banking Solutions UK Limited is seeking a software engineer to join a team delivering financial technology solutions across Europe. You will participate in all phases of development, support, and implementation and interact with customers for analysis and system support.

The role requires strong C/C++ development on UNIX/Linux, familiarity with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI tools, plus willingness to travel on-site as needed in an agile, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in C language development with UNIX focus.
• Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Subversion, or equivalent.
• Experience deploying to AWS and Azure in development and client environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in an Agile, collaborative environment.
• Good verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of product development, support, and implementation.
• Interact with customers across Europe for analysis and support of software systems.
• Develop new and enhance existing features for the product.
