We are seeking a talented individual to join our FINPRO Claims team at Marsh. This role will be based in London. It is a hybrid position requiring at least three days a week in the office.

You will be part of the FINPRO Claims Advocacy Team, which is based in London. The team services large, global businesses across industries including banking, asset and fund management, insurance, and fintech.

The role involves delivering comprehensive claims service to Marsh's clients, focusing on technical coverage expertise across D&O, Professional Indemnity, Financial Lines claims, and crime losses.

We will count on you to:

  • Demonstrate technical ability, market knowledge, and relationship-building skills with clients.
  • Guide clients through complex insurance claims as an advocate with insurers.
  • Contribute to thought leadership on relevant issues.
  • Provide training for colleagues involved in placing and managing claims.
  • Support the wider FINPRO team with claims intelligence feedback for product development.
  • Work closely with global clients, overseas Marsh offices, and colleagues to provide strategic claims coverage advice.
  • Contribute to client acquisition and retention through excellent service delivery.
  • Participate in client RFP processes.
  • Capture and analyze claims data for future risk management and planning.

What you need to have:

  • Experience resolving complex financial and professional lines insurance claims.
  • Claims management experience.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience handling claims for large corporates and significant individual losses.
