Job summary

Pets Choice Ltd is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead a small team within the Supply Chain and Procurement function, ensuring reliable, cost-efficient finished goods supply that meets quality and regulatory standards.

You will negotiate with suppliers, manage risk, optimise inventory, and collaborate with Planning, Technical, Marketing and Commercial teams to deliver cost savings and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in procurement within FMCG or consumer goods.
• Proven ability to lead supplier negotiations and cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with planning, technical, and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for finished goods.
• Lead supplier management and regular performance reviews.
• Monitor pricing, costs, and working capital to protect margins.
• Partner with Marketing, NPD and QA to support new launches.
• Ensure compliance and governance across procurement activities.
