Job summary

Cooper Parry UK is seeking a ACA/ACCA-qualified senior professional to lead the Accounts and Financial Reporting service line within our Business Services & Outsourcing team. You will deliver high-quality statutory accounts and financial reporting for a portfolio of complex clients, while coaching and developing colleagues.

You will oversee technical reviews (FRS 102, FRS 101, IFRS) and contribute to business development and go-to-market efforts in the Mid-Market space.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience delivering financial reporting advisory services and statutory accounts.
• Strong project and time management with a diverse client portfolio.
• Business development capability to identify opportunities.
• Expertise in FRS 102 and IFRS reporting.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver a great client experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounts and financial reporting service line on a portfolio of audited clients.
• Complete technical reviews of FRS 102, FRS 101 and consolidated IFRS.
• Support BS&O team with technical queries and coaching.
• Oversee Mid-Market projects like FRS 102 to IFRS conversions.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy for Mid-Market businesses.
