Huntress - Bracknell is partnering with a boutique accounting and financial reporting firm in Theale, Berkshire to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager. The role involves complex, technical IFRS/UK GAAP reporting across a varied client base with autonomy and room for professional growth within a supportive team.

You will oversee a portfolio of listed and private client projects, mentor junior staff, and develop strong client relationships while delivering high-quality financial reporting

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with strong IFRS, FRS102 and UK GAAP knowledge.
• Experience in managing client projects from planning through to completion is essential.
• Experience in a Top 20 accountancy practice would be advantageous.
• Strong financial reporting knowledge and ability to coach junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of financial reporting projects from planning through to completion.
• Deliver high-quality financial reporting solutions to clients.
• Lead on complex and judgemental areas of client work.
• Coach, mentor and delegate effectively to trainees and junior team members.
• Review work and provide constructive feedback to support development.
