A leading healthcare consulting firm is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract. The role involves preparing consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insights to stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have strong technical accounting skills, experience in statutory reporting, and the ability to work independently with large datasets. The position offers a hybrid working model and is based in the UK, preferably from Horsham or Battersea offices.

Qualifications

• Deep technical accounting expertise including group consolidations.
• Experience in statutory reporting (FRS102), including the preparation of annual consolidated accounts.
• Advanced skills in Excel, especially with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own accurate and timely recording of monthly financial transactions.
• Lead the preparation of annual consolidated accounts.
• Support accounting for new acquisitions and integration activities.
