Job summary

NJR Recruitment is working with a respected independent financial planning firm to recruit a Senior Financial Planning Administrator in Cheadle. This permanent, full-time role provides essential support to Financial Planners and offers a client-centric service.

The successful candidate will join a busy, collaborative team and must deliver accurate work to tight timescales, liaising with Financial Planners, Paraplanners and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Financial Planning support or administration role within financial services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and IO

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients and Financial Planners via telephone, email and video
• Handling client inquiries and liaising with providers
• Booking appointments and managing Financial Planner diaries
• Preparing complex meeting packs and supporting Financial Planners with client meeting preparation
• Submitting instructions to platforms and providers
• Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
• Opening, scanning and distributing incoming mail
• Providing general administration and coordination support as required
