Job summary

NJR Recruitment in Chester is seeking an IFA Administrator to join a growing financial planning team. The successful candidate will support senior wealth planners, handle client requirements, prepare documentation, and assist with basic tax calculations within a cohesive advisory environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Financial Planning, Tax and Cash Flow Planning.
• Level 4 Dip Qualified or Part Qualified (or working towards).
• Ability to assist with basic tax calculations and research.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of specific client requirements and follow through to completion.
• Process new business applications.
• Manage the client review process.
• Support Financial Advisors with diary management and appointment bookings.
• Liaise with Clients and Providers.
• Prepare suitability reports and cash-flow projections as needed.
• Conduct basic tax calculations and financial research.
