• Commercial awareness whilst ensuring regulatory and Training & Competence requirements are observed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality financial planning advice to clients.
• Manage client portfolios and annual reviews with accurate records.
• Proactively identify opportunities for clients and grow AUM/revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver holistic outcomes.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members.
• Maintain CPD and records to meet regulatory requirements.
