Job summary

A fantastic Senior FP&A Analyst is required to join a successful business based in Swindon on an interim basis for 3-6 months. This role offers direct exposure to the senior leadership team and the CFO, focused on improving and delivering budgeting and financial analysis across the organization.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACCA / CIMA required.
• Experience in reporting and FP&A is essential.
• Strong systems, Excel, and data analysis skills needed.

Job Description:

A fantastic Senior FP&A Analyst is required to join a successful business based in Uxbridge on an interim basis for 3-6 months. This is an opportunity to join a growing, international organisation with direct exposure to the senior leadership team and the CFO.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes alongside the CFO
• Develop a consistent forecasting and reporting framework across the business
• Improve and deliver regular review packs for the Executive Team and Board, including analysis, commentary, and non-financial KPIs
• Support the CFO and Business Finance Directors with ad hoc analysis of investment opportunities and risks
• Enhance reporting and analysis focusing on margin and product profitability
• Conduct cash and working capital analysis and develop long-term forecast models
• Review, understand, and challenge business performance during monthly cycles

Requirements:

• Qualified ACCA / CIMA
• Experience in reporting and FP&A
• Proactive, collaborative, with strong integrity and pragmatic application of best practices
• Strong systems, Excel, and data analysis skills, preferably with PowerBI experience
• Focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
