Base pay range

Global Accounting Network are partnered with a fast-paced global wholesale and design business to recruit for an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst. This newly created position provides a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic and growing company that designs and manufactures womenswear. Key responsibilities include:

• Produce and analyse monthly P&Ls by entity and cost centre
• Analyse margin variances by product, category, and region mix
• Evaluate SG&A cost expenditure and implement improvements
• Assess and enhance financial processes for efficiencies

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist with annual budget and forecasting cycles
• Analyse regional revenue movements based on quantities, pricing, and product/customer mix
• Lead feedback sessions on proposed SG&A spend
• Review actual performance vs budget and provide actionable insights

Business Partnering:

• Develop strong relationships across departments at all levels
• Collaborate with commercial teams to align financial strategies with business drivers
• Provide financial guidance to support strategic initiatives
• Ensure accuracy of financial postings with the central finance team

Ad Hoc Analysis:

• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
• Develop ad hoc analysis to assist with business decisions

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• A professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
• Strong financial background with exceptional analytical skills and a working knowledge of financial statements
• Experience in FP&A roles, ideally in a global organisation
• Advanced data and analytical skills (experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, able to interpret and present complex data to various stakeholders
• Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot financial challenges
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results
