Job description

Reed Finance is working with a client based in Glasgow City Centre to recruit a Senior Financial Planning Analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. There is only a requirement to work from the office one day per week. Our client is seeking an individual who is immediately available. There is a likelihood that the contract will be extended by a few months.


The role is varied, working closely with the wider finance team and a number of key stakeholders. You will be involved in month end reporting responsibilities such as management accounts preparation and involved in key financial projects.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Preparation of monthly management accounts
  2. Preparation of statutory accounts
  3. Support new build project appraisals
  4. Preparation of budgets and forecasts
  5. Support the wider business planning process
  6. Various ad-hoc duties

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Fully qualified chartered accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ICAS)
  2. Previous experience working in similar roles
  3. Immediately available
  4. Strong problem solving skills
