Job Purpose:

The senior financial planning analyst's responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial reports, developing financial models. As a senior financial planning analyst, the co-worker will help provide central teams with financial guidance and assisting with monthly close processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Market analysis to understand and determine TD Synnex standing in the competitive landscape.

  • Global reporting on strategic, high growth business streams.

  • Management identification and reporting of recurring revenue.

  • Assisting Business Partner for Hybrid Cloud division in commercial support.

  • Perform detailed analysis and evaluation of financial results

  • Develop and work with financial models for analyzing performance and recommend conclusion and actions

  • Execute and measure programs which track and improve the overall productivity and profitability of the organization

  • Develop presentations and assist in executive and management discussions

  • Collaborate with departmental leaders and business contacts to ensure achievement of key business objectives

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 5-8 years experience in finance role of international company

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or in final year of exams

  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake)

  • Analytical and Deadline-Oriented, able to focus complex numbers into a meaningful analysis

  • Strong people skills, willing to speak up and be heard by senior management, along with ability to communicate insight coherently.
