Are you an experienced Financial Planning Administrator seeking a new challenge and the chance to step into a leadership role? We are currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Planner with a clear pathway to become Head of Account Management within 12-18 months. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone looking to advance their career, take on mentoring and team leadership responsibilities, and grow within a successful wealth management firm.They offer a really first-class working environment and their client offering is very much service/lifestyle focussed. They are seeking to recruit an individual that fits with their company culture, they want professional people, good team players, amiable who like to be social (staff drinks once per month at their local pub) - the hybrid working model which is now Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday from home, which they believe helps build a positive and productive working environment for everyone in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality financial planning advice and client service.
  • Assist in managing the account management team, supporting operational excellence.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, helping them to integrate and grow.
  • Manage client documentation and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service delivery.
  • Support new business processing, including fund switches and transfers.

About You:

  • Strong background in financial planning, with a desire to step into a leadership role.
  • Experience in mentoring or management duties is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • A team player with the ability to take initiative and manage workloads effectively.
