Looking for a new admin role where your experience actually counts?

We're hiring a Senior Financial Planning Administrator to join a growing advice business in Bristol. This isn't just data entry and chasing providers. You'll be the right hand to a team of Financial Planners-while also using your knowledge to coach and support more junior team members.

If you've worked in a fast-paced financial planning environment, understand the ins and outs of client onboarding, valuations, and suitability reports-and enjoy being the go-to person in the room-this could be a great next step.
What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting Financial Planners with end-to-end client administration
  • Overseeing client onboarding, annual review prep, and compliance checks
  • Working with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service
  • Acting as a mentor and point of contact for junior team members
  • Helping to embed best practice and support process improvements
What you'll need:
  • Proven experience in financial planning admin (ideally within an IFA/wealth firm)
  • Confident handling new business processing, valuations, LOAs, and CRM systems
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do approach
  • Comfortable supporting others and leading by example
What's on offer:
  • Salary up to £35,000
  • Hybrid working (office/home split)
  • Supportive, collaborative office environment
  • Opportunity to progress into leadership, paraplanning, or technical roles
  • National firm with modern systems and big growth plans
  • Great employee benefits and a people-first culture

Ideal for someone who loves the structure and detail of admin-but also wants a say in how things are done. If you're the person others turn to for help, this role will feel like home.
