• Coordinating annual review packs, valuations, and policy summaries.
• Liaising with clients to gather required documentation and schedule reviews.

We are recruiting for a senior Financial Planning Administrator to join an independent financial planning firm on a part time basis (3 days a week). You will be experienced within financial services. • Processing new business
• Processing investment bonds (on and offshore), ISAs, Venture, Capital Trusts, Pensions, PMI and Life related business
• Coordinate annual review packs, valuations, and policy summaries.
• Prepare reports, illustrations, and documentation as required.
• Liaise directly with clients to gather required documentation, update personal and financial details, and schedule reviews.

Experience;

• Excellent communication skills, over the phone and written
• Experience using Xplan
• Confident working with Microsoft Excel
• At least 4 years working in Financial Planning industry
