Job summary

Exchange Street Financial Services Ltd is seeking a skilled Financial Planner or IFA to join the Midlands team. You’ll build a client portfolio, deliver independent financial advice across pensions, investments and protection, and benefit from mentoring from the owner and central support.

With 2–5 years’ experience and Chartered status (or commitment to become Chartered), you’ll nurture relationships with introducers, convert opportunities into long-term planning and grow recurring fee income.

Qualifications

• Qualified Financial Planner or IFA with a track record of client development.
• 2–5 years of advice experience with solid performance.
• Chartered status or commitment to achieve it.

Responsibilities

• Build a portfolio of affluent clients and provide independent financial advice across pensions, investments and protection.
• Turn opportunities from seminars, events and referrals into long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with paraplanning, admin and marketing teams as the business grows.
