Job summary

PKF Francis Clark in the South West England seeks a Senior Financial Planner to provide high-quality, compliant advice across retirement, investment, tax-efficient wealth management, and estate planning. You will manage a portfolio of high-value clients, develop new business, mentor junior planners, and collaborate with Paraplanners and Client Executives to deliver an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications

• Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) or higher.
• Proven experience delivering regulated financial advice to complex and high-net-worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Successful track record of winning new business and growing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing a portfolio of high-value and complex clients.
• Delivering tailored financial planning advice across retirement, investment, tax-efficient wealth management, and estate planning.
• Building lasting client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser.
• Achieving revenue, new business, and assets under advice growth targets.
• Developing new business through networking, referrals, and professional connections.
• Working with Paraplanners and Client Executives to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Supporting the Regional Leader in driving team performance and strategic growth.
• Mentoring junior Financial Planners and contributing to their development.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and embrace technology.
