PKF Francis Clark is recruiting a Senior Financial Planner to provide high-quality, compliant advice to a diverse client base, managing a personal portfolio and supporting colleagues.

The role involves advising on retirement, investments, tax-efficient wealth management, and estate planning, with travel between Salisbury and Poole and hybrid working.

You'll mentor junior planners, contribute to growth, and uphold regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Regulated financial advice experience for complex/high-net-worth clients.
• Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of winning new business and growing client relationships.
• Experience across tax, retirement, investment and estate planning.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop a portfolio of high-value clients.
• Deliver tailored financial planning advice across retirement, investment, tax, and estate planning.
• Build lasting client relationships as a trusted adviser.
• Achieve revenue, new business and assets under advice growth targets.
• Develop new business through networking and referrals.
• Collaborate with Paraplanners and Client Executives to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Mentor junior Financial Planners and support development.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and embrace technology.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and professional conduct.
