Job summary

Northern Spire seeks an experienced, client-focused Financial Planner to join our growing Sunderland team. You will provide holistic financial planning advice to individuals, families and business owners while building long-term trusted relationships.

In this role you will advise on pensions, investments, retirement and protection planning, conduct client reviews, and work with paraplanners and administrators to deliver excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and wealth management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A client-first approach and commitment to professional excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on pensions, investments, retirement and protection planning.
• Conduct client reviews and develop tailored financial strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work with paraplanners and administrators to deliver excellent client outcomes.
• Support business growth through referrals and professional networking.
• Ensure compliance with FCA and St. James's Place standards.
