Job summary

Domestic & General is seeking a Financial Crime Analyst to join the Risk & Compliance team. Flexible UK location with visits to the Wimbledon office, supporting the group’s financial crime framework and regulatory obligations.

The role involves analyzing data, monitoring controls, and contributing to strategic initiatives and improvements across the business. You will deliver reports, support policy updates, and assist with training and risk assessments within the broader team.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial crime regulations and risk management.
• Experience within a financial crime, compliance, or risk environment.
• Ability to support regulatory remediation and business change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyse Group-wide data to identify trends and themes related to fraud and financial crime.
• Ensure Group functions have policies to detect and prevent financial crime.
• Support automation initiatives to prevent financial crime and improve efficiency.
• Deliver accurate reports and MI showing how functions manage financial crime and where controls can improve.
• Support training material, MI, risk assessments and policy refreshes for the wider team.
