Job description

I am working with a national property investment and development company that is looking to hire a Senior Financial Controller to lead their finance function within the business.

This is a varied position involving collaboration across all departments to help achieve the financial goals of the board. The role reports directly to the CEO.

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, subject to experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Full-time, in the office

Location: Norwich Head Office

Responsibilities

• Preparation of annual accounts for 25+ companies
• Account consolidation
• Projection and management of cash flow
• Corporate tax compliance
• Preparation and reconciliation of annual budgets, including service charge budgets
• Insurance management
• Company secretarial duties
• Managing the Chairman’s personal tax and daily finance activities
• Management and development of the finance team

Experience

• Qualified by experience considered
• Knowledge of FRS 102
• Industry and practice experience (latter is desirable but not essential)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience
• SAGE Line 50 experience
