Description

  1. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  2. Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial models, providing strategic insights for decision-making.
  3. Internal Controls & Risk Management: Design and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity, while mitigating financial risks.
  4. Team Leadership & Development: Manage and develop the finance team, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration.
  5. Stakeholder Reporting & Business Partnering: Act as a liaison with senior leadership, providing financial analysis and performance metrics.
  6. Audit & Tax Oversight: Coordinate audits and ensure timely tax filings with external advisors.
  7. Process Improvement & Systems Optimization: Drive process enhancements and ERP system improvements for efficiency and scalability.

Profile

Professional Qualification: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, group reporting, consolidation tools, and tax regulations.

Job Offer

£75k - £85k per annum
