Reports to: Director, UK Head of Regulatory Reporting and Policy

Position Summary:

This position will support the Head of Regulatory Reporting and Policy with regulatory reporting deliverables across the UK footprint of TD Bank Group, including UK IFPR Investment Firm and UK CRR Credit Institution deliverables. Responsibilities include producing the ICARA document, supporting in the Recovery Plan, and monitoring regulatory changes relevant to TD UK.

Responsibilities:

• Experienced in regulatory reporting within investment firms and/or credit institutions.
• Exposure to capital and liquidity reporting, FINREP, and Bank of England statistical returns.
• Supporting ICARA and Recovery Plan production for UK subsidiaries.
• Interpreting and applying regulatory reporting requirements.
• Monitoring regulatory changes and managing compliance.

Fundamental Competencies:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, manage workload, and improve processes.
• Organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of financial services industry.

Person Specification:

• Highly motivated, ambitious, with strong technical and Excel skills and a desire to grow in finance within the financial services industry.

Risk Management Responsibilities:

• Identify and report Operational Risk Events.
• Contribute to TD's reputation and manage Reputational and Conduct Risks.
