The Opportunity

Adobe’s Digital Media (DMe) Finance organization is seeking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Marketing organizations of Express and Education. In this role, the Financial Analyst will collaborate with Product Marketing and Global Marketing to plan and optimize spending across full-funnel campaigns and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the position involves presenting executive narratives, supporting marketing performance reviews, enhancing budgeting processes, and leading financial planning.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead financial planning and close process, including campaign and product level tracking
  • Partner with senior leadership to support investment trade-offs and align marketing spending to critical initiatives
  • Analyze marketing performance by monitoring key performance signals, identifying trends, and optimizing campaign development and customer outcomes
  • Provide data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions that drive profitability, scale, and business growth
  • Enhancing budgeting and program evaluation processes to improve operations and manage budgets effectively
  • Build partnerships with Product Marketing, Global Marketing, and BU Finance leadership to support alignment, co-develop operational and financial metrics, and foster accountability in a cross-functional environment
  • Leverage Power BI/Tableau to create and maintain centralized common reporting and analytical solutions

What You Need to Succeed

  • Deep financial modeling experience with a track record of creating dynamic forecasts, analyzing complex data, and identifying trends
  • Exceptional partnership and leadership skills, with the ability to handle partner needs and align different perspectives to drive impact in a matrixed organization
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present complex insights for partners across functions and seniority
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improvement in processes that evolve with business growth and technological advancements
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential; experience with Anaplan, PowerBI, and Tableau, and familiarity with SQL or Python, is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A or related analytical roles, with a deep understanding of Marketing and SaaS business models.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related field; MBA preferred but not required.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $96,100 -- $194,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
