Job Description:

The Business Analysis team (part of Business Planning and Analysis) is a key team within TJX Europe, responsible for producing financial analysis and supporting strategic decision-making. They also provide high-exposure ad-hoc investment appraisal and analysis.

Job Summary

This role involves analyzing various aspects of retail performance and strategy, including store payroll impact, Click & Collect value, product mix effects, merchandise protection, data leverage, market trends, and growth opportunities. As a Senior Analyst, you will be a commercial finance business partner, delivering projects through insightful analysis using multiple data sources and visualization techniques. You will support multiple departments including Retail Stores, Ecommerce, Distribution, Property, Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, and Buying. This position offers exposure to the Senior Leadership Team, including the European CFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with functions across the organization, providing financial and analytical support to optimize opportunities and minimize risks.
• Collaborate daily with the Business Analysis Manager to inform strategic decisions and provide market and competitor insights.
• Support trial initiatives, working with cross-functional teams on Test and Learn methodologies, analyzing results with statistical software, and presenting findings to senior leadership.
