About the Company - Chambers London are pleased to be working with a leading global technology firm. Our client is looking to hire a Global Finance Analyst with experience in FP&A, Global Consolidations and Month End process.

About the Role - The role is to provide a high quality reporting, planning and analysis service for all regions for the Global Account. This includes owning the master data across all corporate systems like TM1, Adaptive, etc., to ensure data accuracy and consistency. The primary responsibility is to support the Global function by ensuring reporting, planning & analysis meet client needs promptly and effectively, including tasks such as monthly management reporting, forecasts, planning cycles, AR, reconciliations, headcount reporting, TM support, and adhoc reporting.

Responsibilities

• Developing effective Client relationships in the region.
• Building strong working relationships with account management and key client members as a business partner.
• Managing contract governance and understanding contract terms to ensure proper cost accounting.
• Leading team to prepare accurate Contract reports aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules, including P&L results, client reviews, forecasts, and plans.
• Providing ad-hoc financial support and analysis as needed.
• Ensuring accurate PJM Corporate forecasting and assisting with reporting.
• Reviewing and improving cash-flow, margins, and reporting; developing benchmarks and targets.
• Driving financial and commercial performance by understanding contractual commitments and aligning with global practices.
• Identifying savings opportunities to maximize value for the client.
• Reviewing and challenging Client and Corporate P&L results.
• Managing overheads efficiently and seeking cost-saving efficiencies.
• Building relationships with business leaders, support teams, customers, and external agencies like auditors.
• Ensuring best practices in communication and understanding through monthly site visits, focusing on underperforming contracts.

Qualifications and Key Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Global Consolidations, FP&A, and Month-End Processes.
