Job summary

Monsoon Accessorize is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Finance team and deliver insightful reporting and analysis across Sales and Margin performance for all channels.

You will review month-end actuals with clear Board-level commentary, lead FP&A for Trading Sales and Margin, and prepare financial appraisals for key promotional spend across Digital and Marketing channels.

Qualifications

• Commercial finance experience in retail or ecommerce is preferable.
• Experience of business partnering with non-finance managers.
• Proactive and can-do team player with a drive to make a difference.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to all levels of the business.
• Strong Excel and system skills.

• Report on key Stock KPIs, identifying financial risks to margin arising from excess stock.
• Support the wider Commercial Finance team with cover and ad hoc support as required.

Education

Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA)

What will you do as a Senior Finance Analyst?

• Review month-end actuals, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis, across web and digital marketplaces providing clear, commercially focused Board level commentary


• Deliver the Financial Planning and Forecasting processes for Trading Sales and Margin


• Prepare financial appraisals for key promotional and marketing spend across Digital and Marketing channels


• Support the planning, measurement and optimisation of Return on Investment (ROI) across all Digital Marketing spend


• Report on key Stock KPIs, identifying & highlighting financial risks to margin arising from excess stock


• Support the wider Commercial Finance team with cover and ad hoc support as required

What will you need to succeed as our Senior Finance Analyst?

• Fully Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA)


• Commercial finance experience in retail or ecommerce preferable


• Experience of business partnering with Non Finance Managers


• Proactive and \"can-do\" team player with a drive to make a difference


• Excellent communication - ability to articulate orally and in writing, complex and detailed information in an easy to understand manner to all levels of the business


• Strong Excel and System skills
