Wilkinson & Associates is proud to be working in partnership with a forward-thinking, award-winningprofessional services firm to appoint a Senior Financial Analyst. This is a commercially impactful role for someone who enjoys transforming raw data into strategic insight and influencing business decisions through evidence, analysis and clarity.

You’ll join a well-established finance function and take ownership of performance analysis, KPI reporting, and commercial modelling across the business. The role provides excellent visibility across senior leadership and a chance to contribute directly to how the firm grows and invests.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and deliver performance reporting across service lines, client groups and geographies

• Take ownership of Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and generate valuable business insight

• Conduct commercial modelling including ROI, pricing analysis, and investment planning

• Analyse marketing spend effectiveness and competitor benchmarks to guide strategic focus

• Produce board-level summary reports that bring the numbers to life for senior stakeholders

• Support forecasting and annual business planning cycles

• Manage and mentor a Financial Analyst, developing reporting capability within the team

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong commercial acumen

• Track record in a commercial finance or data analysis role

• Proficient with Power BI and advanced Excel; experience with SQL is an advantage

• Skilled at distilling data into actionable insight for senior decision-makers

• Collaborative, organised, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

• Understanding of financial and operational KPIs across people-led businesses
