We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to take ownership of our 30-year Business Case and drive forward our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on complex financial modelling, working cross-functionally, and providing insightful analysis to support key strategic decisions.

About you...
You're a technically strong analyst with a passion for financial modelling, forecasting, and driving process improvements. You'll be the go-to person for analysing business performance and ensuring our financial models reflect a robust, dynamic, and forward-looking strategy.

This role will suit someone who enjoys solving complex financial problems, working with senior stakeholders, and playing a crucial role in shaping the company's financial future. We're looking for someone with:

1. Advanced Excel skills and experience building and maintaining complex business models
2. Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
3. The ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven recommendations
5. A background in FP&A, financial modelling, or business analytics, ideally in a fast-moving or complex business environment

What you'll be doing...
As part of the FP&A team, you'll play a key role in shaping Ogi's financial strategy by delivering accurate and insightful forecasts, budgets, and investment analyses.

Beyond the numbers, this role is about influence and impact. You'll collaborate with teams across the business, providing financial insights that drive strategic decisions. Whether it's advising on operational efficiency, shaping priorities, or identifying growth opportunities, your work will directly contribute to Ogi's success as we continue to scale. Your day-to-day will include:

1. Owning and maintaining the 30-year Business Case, ensuring it remains dynamic, accurate, and reflective of Ogi's growth ambitions
2. Supporting the annual budgeting process and working closely with budget holders to monitor performance
3. Producing rolling forecasts and financial models to support investment decisions
4. Analysing financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing strategic recommendations
5. Partner with the Financial Controller and CFO to ensure forecasting and modelling are aligned with actual results
6. Working with Executive Management Team and investors, delivering key financial insights and scenario modelling
7. Driving continuous improvements in financial reporting, helping the business make well-informed, data-led decisions
