The Role

As Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering insight and analysis to drive decision-making across the organisation. This is a highly visible position, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and providing the analytical backbone to support growth and performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality financial analysis, reporting and forecasting
  • Partner with commercial and operational teams to provide decision support
  • Build and maintain advanced Excel models to support business planning
  • Assist in budgeting, scenario modelling, and strategic projects
  • Support process improvements and enhance reporting capability
About You

We're looking for someone ambitious, analytical and commercially minded who is keen to develop in a fast-paced, global setting.

You will have/be:

  • Newly or recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (modelling essential)
  • Ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset
  • Experience in a high-growth or international business desirable, but not essential
