Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a skilled finance professional to lead monthly management accounts and statutory reporting for the UK. You will help drive automation, deliver accurate financial insights, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to uphold financial excellence.

The role requires strong R2R experience, IFRS knowledge, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to a fast-paced, high-impact finance function within a global leader.

In this exciting role, you will:

Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and statutory financial statements, ensuring complete compliance.
• Analyze complex areas such as Payment Service Provider (PSP) reconciliations and staff cost forecasts.
• Coordinate balance sheet reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for UK-related queries raised by Group Controllers.
• Support internal audit processes and ensure adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and controls.
• Lead UK financial system enhancements, reporting automations, and cross-functional workflow projects.
• Mentor and support the ongoing professional development of junior finance team members.

• Full accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with relevant experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) operations.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge combined with an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
