  • Prepare and review group financial statements, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.
  • Manage the consolidation of financial results across multiple entities.
  • Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors.
  • Analyse group-level financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate governance standards.
  • Support the implementation of new accounting systems and processes as required.
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
  • Monitor compliance with tax and regulatory requirements including transfer pricing.
