THE ROLE

As Senior Financial Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in the finance team, with key responsibilities including:

• Leading the preparation of management reporting and financial analysis
• Working closely with the CFO (dotted line reporting relationship)
• Supporting decision-making through insightful financial data
• Contributing to process improvements and system enhancements
• Providing technical expertise on accounting matters

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Have post-qualification experience either in practice or industry
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate strong communication abilities
• Show enthusiasm for personal development and career progression

• Salary: £60,000-£65,000 dependent on experience
