Your new role

In your new role, you will play a pivotal part in establishing a strong financial controls framework, enhancing process efficiency, and supporting business decision-making. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial reports, adhering to regulatory and company standards, and continuously improving financial processes. With your expertise in technical accounting and analytical abilities, you will serve as a trusted business partner, offering valuable insights and leading initiatives to optimize financial systems, improve operations, and promote sustainable growth within the division.


What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified, and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have experience with UK PLC reporting and be capable of constructively challenging existing processes to drive improvements. You must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, paired with a proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as they arise. A flexible, hands-on approach is essential, with the resilience to work within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
