Here's what you need to know.

This role supports the Finance Manager across all aspects of accounting, reporting, and compliance - covering six UK legal entities and around 30 EMEA region branches. You'll take the lead on statutory reporting, audit, tax compliance, and internal controls, and play a vital part in strategic initiatives like SAP S/4HANA transformation and sustainability reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial reporting and compliance for Monster Energy UK Limited, Monster House Limited, and Monster Energy Cares
  • Support reporting for three financing entities alongside the Finance Manager
  • Oversee Germany branch financials, including the marketing warehouse
  • Manage sustainability reporting across Monster Energy Europe Limited and its branches
  • Own external audit process for relevant entities
  • Oversee all tax compliance: payroll, VAT, and corporate tax
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting (incl. commentary and analysis)
  • Maintain financial records in line with policy and procedure
  • Liaise with internal audit on SOX testing and corrective actions
  • Support cooler planning initiatives and cross-functional finance strategy projects
  • Manage relationships with third-party providers to deliver quality service
  • Mentor, support, and develop your direct report
  • Get involved in wider business and finance transformation projects (e.g. lease accounting, PSA, S/4 HANA)
Skills & Experience
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Experience in multinational and multi-entity finance teams (FMCG a plus!)
  • Strong knowledge of statutory accounting, tax compliance, and audit
  • SAP experience is essential (SAP4 HANA highly desirable)
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Demonstrated success managing people and stakeholders
  • Track record of driving process improvements and delivering under pressure
