Job summary

Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment seeks a Senior Finance Manager in Glasgow to lead and coordinate the group finance transformation within a busy professional services business. The role reports to the Group Finance Director and focuses on building the Shared Service Centre model and delivering improvements.

The ideal candidate will have ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent, with extensive experience in group finance management, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA with proven experience in group finance transformation.
• Strong knowledge of core finance processes across RTR, PTP, Treasury.
• Experience managing change, process improvement or shared service transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate ongoing group finance transformation and transition activity.
• Oversee key finance processes, ensuring effective controls and continuous improvement.
• Manage transition plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and operational readiness.
