This leadership role focuses on delivering operational performance in compliance with legislation and aligned with organisational strategy and standards. It involves ensuring legislative compliance, managing risks, conducting root cause analysis, and striving for continuous improvement and service excellence. As a senior role with technical expertise, there will also be a focus on influencing the strategic direction of the service based on the operational and legislative environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing Oracle Financials to ensure smooth and reliable operations
• Handling and improving key Oracle ERP modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, etc.
• Managing user access, roles, and security settings in line with company policies
• Preparing detailed financial reports
• Participating in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

What we’re looking for:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Either working towards or holding a finance qualification such as ACCA or CIMA (preferred)
• Solid experience with finance systems and accounting roles, ideally with Oracle ERP
• Experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and system administration
• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and BI tools
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for effective problem-solving
