Job summary

Tencent Finance is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Finance IT Management Department. This role partners with Finance and Technology to design, configure, optimize and support enterprise financial and planning systems within a modern cloud environment.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will lead discovery, translate objectives into scalable solutions, and drive improvements across finance processes, data models, reporting, testing and production operations in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise financial or ERP platforms, including design, configuration, implementation and production support.
• Strong understanding of finance and planning domains including core financial management, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, projects, expenses, and supplier management.
• Translating business and functional requirements into sustainable, scalable system solutions.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP or enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert across enterprise finance systems for Financial Management, Procurement, Banking & Settlement, Projects, Expenses and Supplier Management.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solution designs, and configure systems to meet evolving needs.
• Lead system configuration, testing and deployment from design through go-live.
• Prepare detailed effort estimates, implementation plans and testing strategies.
• Analyze, document and validate configurations supporting processes, reporting and data structures.
• Collaborate with finance leaders to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Facilitate design reviews and present options with risks and trade-offs.
• Drive enhancements and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Participate in change management, user enablement and post-go-live support.
