Job Description:

Senior Finance Systems Analyst (Aderant) - Permanent - Remote - Up to £85,000 per annum

• Supporting in the management, maintenance and technical ownership of all practice management systems, their SQL environment and their related customisations and integrations to help ensure they are meeting business needs.
• Responsibility for troubleshooting and managing escalated 2nd & 3rd line support calls.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work with teams to analyse, develop, test and implement changes.
• Prepare and maintain documentation relating to systems, processes and procedures.
• Provide and share knowledge with other team members and stakeholders such as finance and for those using the systems.
• Aderant - All Aderant Components comprising; Expert Classic (including Generic Importer/Scheduler, Alerts, Docudraft, Reports).
• Microsoft SQL Server and related products (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS).
• Microsoft Windows Servers.
• Preferred knowledge and experience of finance systems such as Chrome River, Iridium Pre Bill, Arcs & E Billing Hub.
• Understanding of database structures, reporting tools, principles, and practices.
• Knowledge and understanding of finance processes and accounting rules.
• Keen attention to detail and numeracy skills.
