Job summary

DGH Recruitment seeks a Senior Finance Systems Analyst for a London-based, hybrid role with a leading global law firm. You will own and enhance the finance systems stack, including Aderant Expert, Intapp Time and Concur Expenses, and lead system improvement projects.

Responsibilities include configuration, testing, training, and handover, as well as providing senior level support, data integrity checks and month-end closings. Strong SQL skills and vendor evaluation are essential.

Qualifications

• Finance systems experience within a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of Aderant Expert and related components.
• Proficient SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Intapp Time and Concur Expenses or willingness to develop expertise.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join our client, a leading legal global law firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and enhance finance systems including Aderant Expert, Intapp Open, Intapp Time, I4G, SSRS and Concur Expenses.
• Act as subject matter expert for Intapp Time and Concur Expenses, covering configuration, upgrades, process improvements and new functionality.
• Lead finance systems and process improvement projects from requirements gathering and configuration through testing, implementation, training and handover.
• Provide senior technical and functional support, resolving complex system and data issues.
• Review and improve business processes, system integrations and data integrity controls.
• Support monthly system maintenance and financial month-end closures.
• Perform SQL analysis for troubleshooting, data validation and project requirements.

Key Experience

• Significant finance systems experience within a law firm.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Aderant Expert, including Aderant Framework, Design Studio and table structures.
• Strong SQL skills for analysis, troubleshooting and data validation.
• Experience with Intapp Time and Concur Expenses, or the ability to develop into a subject matter expert.
• Good accounting knowledge across areas such as Billing, Accounts Payable, Cashiers and Credit Control.
• Proven experience independently delivering systems or process improvement projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across finance, IT, senior users and external vendors.
• Working knowledge of SSRS and SSAS is advantageous.
