Job Description:

Senior Finance Systems Analyst (Aderant) - Permanent - Remote - Up to £85,000 per annum

• Supporting the management, maintenance, and technical ownership of practice management systems, their SQL environment, and related customisations and integrations to meet business needs.
• Handling troubleshooting and managing escalated 2nd & 3rd line support calls.
• Identifying opportunities for system enhancements and collaborating with teams to analyze, develop, test, and implement changes.
• Preparing and maintaining documentation related to systems, processes, and procedures.
• Sharing knowledge with team members and stakeholders such as finance and system users.
• Managing all Aderant components, including Expert Classic (with Generic Importer/Scheduler, Alerts, Docudraft, Reports).
• Working with Microsoft SQL Server and related products (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS).
• Managing Microsoft Windows Servers.
• Preferred knowledge of finance systems such as Chrome River, Iridium Pre Bill, Arcs & E Billing Hub.
• Understanding database structures, reporting tools, principles, and practices.
• Knowledge of finance processes and accounting rules.
• Keen attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
