Job description

To provide technical support for all practice management systems, acting as the key conduit for Finance and IT coordination around infrastructure, system support, and development. This includes improving and maintaining all practice management systems.

Reports to:

Finance Systems and Program Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Support the management, maintenance, and technical ownership of all practice management systems, their SQL environment, and related customizations and integrations to ensure they meet business needs.
2. Handle troubleshooting and manage escalated 2nd & 3rd line support calls.
3. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and collaborate with teams to analyze, develop, test, and implement changes.
4. Prepare and maintain documentation related to systems, processes, and procedures.
5. Share knowledge with team members and stakeholders such as finance and system users.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Proven experience with the Aderant Stack
• Preferred experience with finance systems such as Chrome River, Iridium Pre Bill, Arcs & E Billing Hub
• Experience with MSSQL Server and understanding of database structures, reporting tools, principles, and practices
• Knowledge of finance processes and accounting rules
• Keen attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to develop solutions to enhance IT/Finance services
• Experience working within incident, service request, and problem management processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to handle demanding situations and work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and collaborative work experience
