Job summary

Allianz UK invites applications for a Senior Finance Reporting Analyst on a 12-month secondment, based in Bournemouth or Guildford with a one day per week attendance. You will lead group reporting, prepare statutory accounts and Solvency II regulatory returns, and liaise with auditors while driving process improvements in a dynamic finance team.

The role offers exposure to IFRS changes and a comprehensive reward package.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good technical accounting knowledge.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
• Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).
• Previous experience working in an insurance company (including Solvency II).

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in group reporting.
• Prepare the statutory accounts including all disclosure notes and the Solvency II regulatory returns.
• Liaise with the auditors on queries related to the statutory accounts and solvency II regulatory returns.
• Actively seek to enhance and improve processes.
