The Offering – Senior Finance Recruiter

• £45k – £70K basic salary + take home 50% of your billings
• Work alongside million-pound billers
• Exposure to top-tier Hedge Funds and Asset Managers

Expectations – Senior Finance Recruiter

• Shadow client pitches and eventually originate retained and exclusive searches yourself
• Collaborate closely with your team on projects
• Map the market within the PE space and become an expert
• Liaise with clients to update them on market conditions and candidate progress
• Deliver on mandates

The Ideal Candidate – Senior Finance Recruiter

• 2.5+ years in Technology and Finance Recruitment with a proven track record of billings
• An interest in the Private Equity space
• Ideally experience in bringing on new business
• Extremely motivated and switched on
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
